Tilly the Hun Resting This pastoral horse painting is of my own Morgan Quarterhorse cross mare, Tilly the Hun (Spelled with a u, not an o). If she appears to be deep in thought, it’s because she's thinking about whether or not to join Mensa. This little mare is blessed with excessive intelligence and an indomitable attitude, not necessarily a desirable combination. Until she was started under saddle, she answered to Baby. After her true nature became apparent, her name was changed to Tilly the Hun (With a u, not an o.) Tilly is now owned by a family with, um, lower expectations… I’m shopping for a thoroughbred mare.
